If there is a problem after delivery, the buyer should promptly use the order Buyer Protection flow or contact admin@dimiourgima.gr with the order code.

For purchases from a business seller, mandatory consumer rights apply and, where provided by law, a 14-day withdrawal right. Statutory exceptions may apply depending on the nature, sealing or personalisation of the product. Sales by occasional private sellers are not presented as business-to-consumer transactions.

Defective, incorrect or damaged goods are reviewed with the seller and, where required, the payout remains frozen until resolution.
