Product listings
Creating a Creator account and standard product listings is free.
Platform fee
Each completed sale is subject to an 8% fee on product value. The applicable VAT on the platform service is included in the 8%.
Payment processing fee
An additional 2% payment/banking charge applies to product value, with a minimum charge of €0.90 per transaction.
Example: €100 sale
Platform fee €8 + payment processing fee €2 = total fees €10. Net product amount payable to the seller: €90 (before any shipping amounts credited separately).

Platform fee €1.60. Two percent is €0.40, so the €0.90 minimum banking charge applies. Total fees are €2.50 and net product amount is €17.50.

Final amounts and deductions are shown in order management. The seller remains responsible for issuing the legally required sales document where applicable.
