Creator Guidelines

1. What is allowed

Handmade candles, decor, ceramics, woodwork, jewellery, accessories, textiles, gifts and seasonal creations, provided they are lawful and safe.

2. Products requiring extra review

Soap and personal-care products covered by cosmetics law require Responsible Person details and, where applicable, CPNP notification. Children’s, electrical and other regulated products may require additional documentation or may be restricted.

3. Traceability & safety

Each listing must include clear product identification, maker/manufacturer details and any required safety warnings or instructions. The platform may request documentation or remove a listing for safety reasons.

4. Tax / commercial status

Creating a profile does not create a tax exemption or authorize commercial sales. Sellers are responsible for confirming whether their activity requires business registration, an appropriate activity code, invoicing or other obligations before sales are activated.
